Mr. Fulton brought up evaluating Mr. Lewis again. This time the board vote on doing a written evaluation for Mr. Lewis (he has never had a written evolution he has held the job since 2000). Mr. Larry Taylor Wilkerson spoke against Mr. Lewis being evaluated. The board members voted only to board members to vote against this were Larry Taylor Wilkerson and Pat Massey. Why would Mr. Lewis not want to be evaluated? All the other certified employees are suppose to be evaluated in the system, something that is done thru his office. (Why would he expect to be exempt?) If Mr. Wilkerson feels he has done such a good job would the evaluation not show this? If you believe that Mr. Lewis should be treated the SAME as all other employees and Directors call Mr. Larry Taylor Wilkerson and Mr. Pat Massey and let them know. Mr. Lewis should be treated equally, not given preferential treatment.
